The new Low-Finish-Generation used in DORLASTAN® titers ranging from 140-1680 denier offers striking ecological benefits and enhances performance.
By reducing the amount of lubricant required, it keeps bobbins and beams clean and generates clear advantages in all steps of processing.
For instance, the amount of detergent required for pre-scouring can be reduced by up to half, depending on the washing unit and process used.
Clean water reduces wastewater loads.

Depending on the lubricant used on the non-elastic fibers, rinse times after prescouring can also be halved.
This simplifies finishing because it speeds up pretreatment and optimizes
