ALLURE SENSUAL

Inspiration
Sensuality is back! However we live in times, in which we try to strive for higher moral norms and standards; there is more attention for ‘prude’, strict and conservative ‘dressed-up’ retro looks; the new sensual looks are less ‘provocative’, more ladylike and sophisticated, mysterious, and leave space for fantasy. Inspiration is found in the 80ies: Helmut Newton’s photography; secret rendezvous with elegant, sophisticated ladies in a luxurious setting.
More remote inspiration is found in a romantic past; visions of ‘prudish’ ladies,  dressed in Sunday style for church, covered all over in black layers, having all kinds of secret sensual fantasies expressed by parts made of lace that  allow a glance on bare skin.
Part of this theme is the very romantic, elegant and lady-like variant and follow-up of last season’s Gothic trend.

Colors and Fabrics
Black is back! Did it ever go away? Here it is the most sensual and chic color of several darks. Filigree soft and fragile laces; lace strips and stripes; satins, furs and velvet, slippery, crispy, sensual plastic coated and wet shine laces; damasks; very refined  delicate motives and larger graphic and floral motives; sensual stripes in dense and (half) transparency.

Silhouettes
This is a typical lingerie theme; yet there are little cocktail dresses and long sensual homewear gowns and pyjama’s; the voluminous ballroom, balloon and petticoat-dress-like outfits with layers, also for sportswear.
Bodyfashion styling here is more ‘dressed up’ than ever: (lace) bra tops with long sleeves in one; covered shoulders, small, short and long sleeves and collars give a ‘dressed-up’ look and are less provocative.
Still skin games are played with new semikini shapes and designs that show bare body areas. Soft wireless bras give the breasts a natural shape; broader decorative (shoulder) straps also in this theme; mini hipster panties and strings will still remain, but the larger panties, giving support and with higher waistlines gain more and more importance. Old-fashioned prudish retro-styled corsetry with new, playful details are sexy now.
Incorporated bra’s in camisole tops and little ‘under’-dresses; lace bandeau shapes; luxurious fur edgings and tickling feathers.

Sensual Seamless
Bodysuits and body stockings, dressed from top to toe, (high-necked) in dark colored half transparent knits with stripes, ribs, decorative and more transparent areas; attention for back decoration; sensual plays with dense and (half) transparency; long sleeves.

Legwear
‘Nude’ looks for long sexy legs in winter! Black, a bit of a (Lurex) sparkle here and there and seductive (placed) motives give the legs a sexy look. Plays with black and white (lace and smooth) are new for stockings.
Graphic, geometric motives in fine thin lines and in very sheer materials give the legs a modern sensual radiance. The usual nets are too ‘ordi’ now and out.
